This unit replaced an aging pulsar, 8 dip switch, opener. There are no physical dip switches in these remotes just an intuitive programming method that mimics them. I programmed both remotes in about five minutes and they work perfectly with our old Challenger garage door openers.

A very powerful garage door opener. I live in an apartment complex and I can open the garage door through the walls if I have my wife/a friend pulling in. This is the second one I purchased in the past 2 years and the first one is very reliable never had any problems with it.

This works SO much better than the remote it replaced. I don’t actually park in my garage; I pull up along side it at a 90 degree angle. I no longer have to take my remote off the sun visor and point it straight at the garage door when I get home. This remote works in all directions and from a much greater distance than my old remote. I’m very, very pleased with my purchase!

I ordered these replacement remotes after struggling for months with very old original equipment remote that came with the garage door openers and which had simply worn out. I am pleased to report that programming the new remotes was a breeze. Couldn’t have been easier. And, they have been working perfectly. The new technology (the old remotes were about 25 years old) is clearly evident in the quick response of the door opener to the signal. Just as importantly, I was extremely pleased with the service and delivery I received from ASP Doors, the Amazon partner from which I ordered the remotes. They were very willing to talk with me about my purchase beforehand, and the delivery of the new units was very fast. I highly recommend this product and this vendor.
